21st Aug'06



Wow... what a morning~!!!! i think its a bad way to start a week like this hahaa.... got up at 0620hrs.... meeting buddy and kewei and Angeline for a jog.... but kena put aeroplane by the latter 2 persons.... so... its just buddy and me... haha...total i covered 10km... 8km run and the last 2km walk.... buddy covered 6km++ hahaa why the diff?? cos... i jog to his place 2km... start the running route 6km which ends at his place... and walk back 2km.... now both thighs aching... i think i twisted my left ankle on the way back... now also abit aching... haha... but ok lah... feels good... quite refreshed... well... its a new week.... must Jia You in workplace loh.... Jia You!! Jia You!!! Jia You~!!!!
